Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate your input. After checking your order record, we noticed that you placed your order on Saturday Oct 11 in the evening. Your order shipped out on Monday Oct 13 via UPS ground(your chosen shipping method). Our shipping department is closed on weekends so this order shipped in the allotted time frame according to our shipping policies. The reason it took several days to get to you is due to the shipping method that was chosen and the proximity of our location to your shipping destination in Arizona. Our shipping warehouse is located in Florida. It takes 4-5 business days for ground shipments to go from Florida to Arizona. In the future, if you need something shipped faster please choose a faster service like 2nd day or 3rd day services. If you are not sure which method is best, please call our customer service number and one of our reps would be more than happy to help you choose the best shipping service for your needs. Thank You for your input. When we receive anything other than a 4 stars we try and find out what went wrong so we can correct any issues in order to better serve our customers. Our website has a feature which lets you see the shipping prices prior to checkout. You can also see the shipping prices at checkout prior to placing your order. Our shipping prices are based on weight, size, destination and service requested. We use real time rates from each of the shipping companies and do not add any surcharges to the rates displayed. If you feel the shipping rate was too high, it may be because of our warehouse location in proximity to your shipping address. Also you may be mistaking our company with someone else as the item you last ordered was a dental float blade, which is not a perishable item. We always try and offer our customers the best price possible and various shipping options. Thank you for your review. We value your feedback and when we receive anything less than 4 stars we try and find out why. After doing some research, we noted that you chose to ship via USPS standard mail(free shipping option). This service has no delivery time frame guarantee. It can take 2 days, 7 days or longer depending on where you live. Our customer service reps will give you an approximate time of delivery but as mentioned, with standard service(US postal service), there is no exact delivery date. Also, the tracking feature is redirected to the shipper's site(UPS, USPS or FedEx). Allvetsupply.com has no control(although we wish we did) of those entities and the information displayed by them. While they are usually accurate, from time to time there are discrepancies in the information displayed. In the future, if you need something by a certain date please inform the customer service rep and they will be more than happy to assist you with the best shipping service for your needs. Once again we do thank you for your feedback and hope that we can be of service to you again in the future.
