You sold me a product that you didn’t have. I received the my money back but not the product.

Unfortunately with all of the supply chain issues, we were not able to fulfill your order. That kit contains many parts and we put it together in our warehouse. A few of the parts were on order but never arrived due to a back order. We had no choice but to cancel the order and refund your money. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

I returned my order July 24th for the equine dental speculum. I haven’t received my money back. I’ve sent multiple emails on the matter and no one has responded. I’m sure there is a process. But I don’t understand why you can’t tell when I will get my $395 back. That’s a lot of money.

Good pricing but bad shipping
Good pricing but bad shipping. Maybe not entirely AllVets fault but I wish the package is not stuffed in my small mail box so it sat in there for hours under heat. Wish the delivery service they use could just knock on my door to deliver such medical package which can be temperature sensitive.

While we appreciate that you took the time to review your order, this venue is for reviewing our service and not the shipping carrier's which is a separate entity. Also, the item you ordered is not considered a medical formulation or device and is not temperature sensitive so you should be ok. USPS does not knock on the door unless a package requires a signature. It is their policy to either leave the package in the mailbox or front porch if it does not fit in the box. In the future, if you have any concerns, please contact us before ordering as we may be able to help you choose a shipping method that is more suitable for your needs.

Poor shipping and customer service
I was pleased with the ease of the purchase process but when the item arrived the container was busted open and leaked out. I responded to the email I was sent from the company explaining the issue along with pictures and have yet to receive a response.
