Thank you for taking the time to review us. Unfortunately, this was something that our company just learned about. It is not just a Florida law, it is a Federal Law. If you still see it on Ebay, the seller probably does not know of the change.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We shipped your order via USPS standard within 24 hours of receiving it. This USPS service can take anywhere from 2-8 days depending on various factors. If you need something a bit faster you should choose priority service in the future. We did check the tracking and for some reason the order went to Hawaii before getting to you. Obviously that was an error but at least it was eventually delivered to the right address.

Thank you for the review. We were surprised with your comment since we rarely have any pick ups. After a little investigation, we discovered that the person whom would normally handle the pick ups left early the day you came to pick up your order. The person who took her place did not realize that there were a few orders waiting pick up. Thanks to your comment we have already instructed all personnel that may handle pick ups on the correct procedure.

Thank you for your review. Although we wish we could, we cannot control the speed in which the US postal service processes and delivers first class mail. They are usually pretty good but from time to time especially during the holidays, they get behind schedule. If you need something by a certain date, you should choose a faster service. If you are not sure which one to choose, you can always call us and we can help you find the best service for your needs. As for the shipping date, we are closed on holidays and weekends. Our policy states that we allow ourselves up to 48 hours to ship orders(although most orders go out faster) not including holidays and weekends. Your order shipped on time according to our policies as the 1st was a holiday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. If you do not receive your order soon please contact us and we will contact usps for you.
