Your order was placed on the 20th after our shipping cut off time. It was processed and shipped on the 21st and delivered on the 25th according to the tracking information. There was also a weekend in between the shipping and delivery dates. All in all, your order took 5 days including the weekend to be delivered. From our calculations, it was only late by one day. Unfortunately, we cannot control the Postal service.....although we wish we could......For future reference, if you need something right away, please choose Next Day or 2nd day service as these are guaranteed.

The material used for the cans is very light and dents easily. We always try and protect them with bubble wrap but at times they still get dented. The dents should not damage the liquid inside unless the can is punctured. If you have any question or concern please contact our customer service department.

We always try and verify the identity of the person placing the order when there is a mismatch on the address, zip code or cv2 code. There are several things that they do to achieve this and one of them is to call the customer. In your case, there was a mismatch in the numeric portion of your address. Our reps are instructed to always try and verify orders such as yours. We do this for your protection as well as ours and most customers like the fact we take these steps. While it does not stop all fraud, we have stopped a few fraudulent purchases with our procedures. We do apologize if you were inconvenienced by our phone call as that was not our intention.

We do understand your frustration with shipping times but please remember that you chose First Class Mail. This service can take from 3-10 days, depending on where you are and those times are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we cannot control the Postal Service. Also, please note that your order was placed on Jan. 10 and shipped out on Jan 12 which is in line with our 48 hour shipping policy. The Tracking shows it was delivered on Jan 19. Although it did take a day or two more than usual, it was not quite the two weeks claimed. Again, we do understand that you would like your order right away and we always try and and ship out as fast as possible but we cannot control the speed of the US Post Office. In the future, if you need something faster, please us Priority Mail or one of the other faster methods we offer. As for the tracking, we email you the order confirmation then the tracking number so you can track your order. There are times when the emails are delayed though but you should have been able to track your order with the original email containing the tracking number.

We are sorry to hear you had an issue with your product. That item always ships out with the seal in tact. Unfortunately, it may have been damaged in transit. If the broken seal is in the package, that means it came off in transit. Product should be ok as long as the lid stayed on. If you would like for us to re-ship you the item, please call or email us. You can email us after hours and we will respond within 1 business day or sooner.

In order to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud, we place on hold any order in which the billing address of the credit card shows a mismatch. We then try and verify the information through various means including calling and emailing the customer. Your order was placed on a Friday after our business hours so via 2nd day, the earliest you would receive it would be Wednesday, as Monday would be the shipping day. The one day delay was for the verification. This is all listed in the "Shipping Information" page of our website. If you would like to see the mismatch error we received, please let us know and we would be happy to email it to you.

Your order was placed on July 11th and was delivered on July 14th according to the tracking information. The transit time was only 3 days. That is the speed of the shipping method you chose. USPS Priority's speed is 1-3 days. If you needed it any quicker, we do offer 2nd day and next day services.

The reason you received your shipment on Wednesday is due to the fact that the item you ordered ships cool. We only ship that item on Monday through Wednesday because of this. Any order with that item, which comes in on Thursday through Sunday would ship via 2nd day the following Monday. We checked and you were sent an order confirmation email for both orders. The email address you provided appears to be a work email. You may want to check your spam folder as sometimes the emails go there. The product ships with ice packs to keep it cool in transit. It can be left at room temperature for a short period without affecting the cultures. As long as your product was not "hot", it should be ok.
