Order busted open
Placed my order received my order it was busted open emailed them they said they would resend me a new one this has been a week almost.

We are sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot control damage done by the shipping couriers. It appears that we have already re-shipped you the item again at no charge. If you do not receive it within a few days please contact us so we can track the re-shipment for you.

No shipment received
I was promised the shipment by priority mail within three days of ordering. I placed the order on Black Friday. It is now Sunday, December 4th and I have yet to receive the product. I ordered the product for a young horse who just had surgery and is stall bound. Pretty crucial that I get it ASAP. I'm not sure it is All Vet Supply's fault, it could be the Post Office, but this is ridiculous.

Your order is out for delivery today Dec. 5. You are also correct that it should have been delivered earlier. Unfortunately, USPS does not always deliver at the speed they promise. It was shipped on 11/28, as we are closed on weekends and it did ship Priority mail. This service should have been a 3 day transit time to Texas. We do apologize for the delay but we have no control of the speed of delivery once the order leaves our warehouse(wish we did).

Unreliable
Wrong product shipped on last order. Two orders have been placed now but information whether on your web-site or ordering through a customer service rep is too confusing. Clear and explicit prices, shipping costs and description of the product need improvement.

While we value your input, the information stated is incorrect. You ordered the product over the phone with one of our customer service reps. The product you asked for was the product that was sent. The rep even asked you if you were sure that the product you were ordering was the one you wanted because it was also available in a different presentation. Your answer was "yes". We shipped you exactly what you ordered. After finding out that you did not want this item and instead wanted the other presentation, we re-shipped you the other item and enclosed a pre-paid label and padded envelope so you could return the other product back to us. All of this was done at no additional cost to you. Now we are not perfect and like everyone else, we make mistakes from time to time but in this case, we did exactly what we were supposed to. While it is your right to write whatever review you wish, in this case, we feel that we do not deserve the negative review.

I did not get the product volume I paid for.
On February 21st.I ordered a gallon of PearLYT shampoo and was charged $60.27 on my Visa account for it. A day or two later I received a telephone call telling me that the gallon size was no longer available. I then asked that they send me a gallon of the shampoo in whatever size bottles available. I subsequently received 2 - 16 oz. bottles, or a half gallon, of the shampoo, not the gallon I paid for - only half of what I was charged for. I guess I'll have to give the Bank (Visa) a call.

You are scheduled to receive a refund for the difference. The billing department usually process refunds in 10-15 days. You should see your refund early next week. As for the order itself, when we contacted you, we offered you the 16oz size at the current price since the gallon size was no longer available. You requested that we ship you only two bottles and refund you the difference. If there was some miscommunication on what you wanted, we do apologize. We will check with the billing department and make sure your refund is processed as soon as possible.

They waited a week before they sent out my order
Ordered my product 12/14/15 from AllVet. I checked to see where my order is and I learned that it left their facility 12/21/15. I paid for Priority Mail but I did not expect that they would wait a week to send things out to me. If the product was out of stock I should have been notified of the lag time. Why would they otherwise wait so long to get it out? Why am I paying for Priority Mail? Still don't have product as of 12/22/15.

Thank you for your review. You should have received an email informing you of the delay. The item you ordered was indeed out of stock and as soon as we received the item, the order was shipped. While we always strive to offer our customers the best service possible, sometimes things happen beyond our control which may inhibit us from doing so.

Took much longer to receive than expected.
Product came in different packaging than seen on line. Hard to believe product took 5 days to go 1st class mail from Florida to Ohio.

Thank You for the review. Your order was processed and shipped out the same day it came in. You chose USPS First Class mail. This service can take from 3-7 days depending on your delivery location. Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed of the USPS. We always suggest that if you need something by a particular date, to please use the appropriate shipping service for your needs. As for the product packaging, the manufacturer did change the packaging but the product is the same. We did change the product picture on our and site and added a note referring to the change. Your order was probably placed during the time we were changing the website.

slow
Given shipment is said to be Priority Mail, I assumed there would be quick service. Not so. Oh, they were quick to process my credit card, did that same day. But shipping took ten days, maybe more. Is now over two weeks and still have not received the product. Not up to modern Internet business standards.

Thank you for taking the time to review our site but there seems to be some misunderstanding. The product you ordered is now on manufacturer back order. You were notified of this by one of our reps and the order was cancelled. You were also issued a full refund back on your credit card. As for the quick charging, our system automatically charges the card when the order is placed as long as the credit card information is correct. We do apologize if there was any miscommunication as we strive to always give our customers the best service possible.

Nervous
We ordered Azodyl for our cat. It arrived with melted ice and not very cold. I am so worried about the quality of it upon its arrival that I have ordered more Azodyl through another site. I know there are shipment options, but I guess I believed that all of them were safe. Now I don't.
