For some reason, your order was not processed. We will process it today and ship it right out. We will waive the shipping charge because this was our error. We have certain policies in place to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud. That policy is listed on our site and is also displayed at checkout. Due to the specifics of the order in question, the customer was asked to verify their identity. Since they refused to do so, WE cancelled the order and quickly refunded the credit card. The card was charged automatically by our system when the order was originally submitted. Furthermore, the customer was aware of this policy as they called prior to placing the order and were told about the verification. They decided to place the order online anyway. Later on, someone called our office to complain about the verification and began to curse at our rep who was just following proper procedure. We always try and please our customers to the best of our ability and in this case, even tried offering the customer other payment options that did not require the verification but they refused. Verification rules are in place for everyone's safety and have to be followed.

The reason we show 2 bottles is because they come with different labels for different species and there has been confusion with this in the past. We will change the product page to make it even more clear that price is for 1 bottle. As for shipping, we always ship in padded envelopes with bubble wrap and most of the time there are no issues. If the product arrived damaged, please contact our customer service number so we can correct the issue for you.

Your order was delivered on 11/21 according to the tracking number. There was a delay on this order due to inventory shortage.. You should have been sent an email informing you of this. At times our emails go into spam/junk folders. We do apologize for the delay.

Your order is an international order. There was a customs delay according to tracking number. PAckage is in your country awaiting delivery. UPS/Customs needs to contact you. Please contact your local UPS agent and give them the tracking number, 1ZY3467F6697097747. Hopefully they will be able to solve any issue and deliver. By the way, the tracking has always been available on the site.
