First time using DMSO was over 30 years ago. I would put some on a tissue, put on my injured shoulder, (from chin ups). After a short while, my shoulder healed without doctors input. The tissue I used would never dry out. They would just stay wet. Not sure, but something to do with the molecules involved in the DMSO itself.?. This purchase of DMSO I gave it the tissue test..?.. It dried out over night. Which tells me that the DMSO I purchased from All Vet is not the same..

I was pleased with the time frame it took to receive the order. One of the bottles was leaking from the cap and onto the bubble wrap.

Shipping was fast BUT the company unresponsive to a spillage of one of the jars. Apparently good enough to sell the product but no customer service that I could see.

The supplement was supposed to arrive refrigerated, but ice pack melted and the supplement bottle was warm.

Ordering on the website is pretty clumsy. You can’t just order on website you have to log in thru google or yahoo etc.. they need to update their website so you can just go online to their site without going through the other. I order my Denamarin cause they have the best price when it’s on sale. The price seems to go up every time I order.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. You do not have to log into our site to order. You can simply order as a guest and by\pass the login process. We are working on a new login feature though. Should hopefully be ready later this year. As for the price, we have had the same price on Denamarin for a while now. You ordered this past November and paid the same price as you did just recently. If the price changes, it is because the product cost has gone up. We always price our products at the same fair margin so pet parents can afford the medications and supplements.

While the price I found to be a good one. I felt it would have been helpful from the beginning if I had been told that because this med is one that requires it to be shipped in cold packets that they ship on certain days. Instead of finding out after I had already ordered.

Great product BUT I paid for 2 day Fed X shipping. Bought it Thursday afternoon and it didn't leave Miami until late Friday. Got it Tuesday afternoon. Had I known it was going to take 3 business days I wouldn't have paid for the 2 day shipping. FED X does run on Sat here in our state. So expected to get it Saturday. Tuesday was too late to use it for what we needed.

Thank you for taking the time to reviewing us. Your order came into our system on Thursday, Feb 7th at 8:03pm. Our shipping facilities are closed at that time so you order was processed and hipped the next day. The cut off time for same day shipping is 2:30pm est. This is posted on our shipping/information page. Your order shipped out the next day via Fedex 2 day. Since that was a Friday, the two day shipping would have had it delivered to you that coming Tuesday. That is when it was delivered. While Fedex and UPS do have Saturday deliveries, they are a special service and are much more expensive that regular deliveries. Because of this factor, we do not offer those services.

I think my furbaby was allergic to the product. Because 10 mins after applying it to him he was scratching and running around the house like crazy.

While that product is highly used without any general side effect or reactions, since it is topical, it is possible that certain pets can have a mild allergic reaction to any one of its ingredients.
