Unfortunately still waiting for my package
Unfortunately I’ve been waiting for my order for two weeks and still have not received it. Although when I called the rep was very nice and told me that the package had five a day later but I have still not received it.

Your package is out for delivery today April 6th. Your order was delayed for a few days due to a supply issue. Also, the shipping method chosen, USPS First Class can take up 8 days to arrive. Unfortunately, the slight delay mixed with the slow USPS shipping method, has delayed your order more than it should have. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Not so good....
I ordered 6 Seresto flea collars for my dogs. I received a confirmation (good) but several days passed with no word or delivery. I called to check and spoke with a young woman who did not seem particularly happy to speak to me. After she checked “in the warehouse” she told me that they didn’t have 6 available, had to order more and they would email me when they would ship. No word. No product. I cancelled and ordered them from Chewy and received them the next day.

Wrong Product Shipped
The product I ordered was not shipped. I contacted customer service same day it was received, needed to send customer service pictures of wrong product which was ok I understand but correct order could not be shipped for three days due to fact it was Friday afternoon and all shipments were already shipped for the day. My thoughts on this are since it was not my mistake they should have overnight or next day the correct product to me. I did receive a return label for the wrong product to be shipped back but the inconvience is an issue for me. Will be looking elsewere to buy my product.

While our goal is complete customer satisfaction, so when something goes wrong we try and correct the issue so that the customer is satisfied. We did ship the incorrect product. There is no excuse other than our warehouse staff is human and can make a mistake from time to time. As for the shipping, we did re-ship the correct via Priority as soon as we were made aware of the mistake.

We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with your order. All of our orders leave in perfect condition from our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control what the freight carriers do with the packages once they are in their hands. We can only file a claim when something is damaged. Please call us and we can replace the damaged item or issue you a refund.

The Bag Balm is not the original formula
The Bag Balm received is absolutely NOT the original Bag Balm formula. I ordered, trusting that it was the original formula. I emailed the seller, asking if it really was the original formula. My emailed question to the seller was ignored and went unanswered. Gale Clark

After seeing your review, we checked our emails and did find your email in our spam folder. We do apologize for for not answering your email earlier. As for the product, the Bag Balm we sell and sent you is the original one with the cow and cow udder on the tin. It even says "Original" on the tin.We have been selling the same one for years and is the only one we carry. The instructions even state on how to use on cows. If you received something different then what was just described, please contact our customer service department and we can change it for you.

Prices are OK
Prices are OK. Then they shipped me a defective product {a returned item for sure. There is no way a manufacturer will sell a crooked product) As soon I called them and they received pictures of defective item they send me a new product. In two days it was in my mail box. Thanks for

We would never re-sell a returned item that was not thoroughly inspected and determined to be free from defect and use. We do get merchandise that comes defective from the manufacturer's from time to time.We should have noticed it before shipping. In any event, we quickly re-shipped you a replacement at no cost to you.

They offered a product for sale on …
They offered a product for sale on their website but sent me a different product, later claiming it was the same as I had ordered, when manifestly it was not. No fewer than three times, I asked why their website carried the item even though they did not. Not once was I given an answer. Did they think I was stupid enough to accept a product that I did not irder? Hedges into "bait and switch" territory, I think.

While always try and update our website photos, from time to time, we leave an old picture up. This was apparently the case with your order. The product pictured was an old version of the item being sold. We have thousands of happy customers and assure you that we would never try to "bait and switch" anyone. That is just not good business. After following up with the sales reps, you were offered a full refund and sent a pre-paid label in order to return the product. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
