Extra charges at time of delivery. Was not mentioned at time of order. Freight charges ( which were extremly high) was to cover all fees

Order was incorrect. Needed 2 10lb containers of feed thru fly control, that is what I ordered. Recieved 1 20lb bag of Product this I could not use. No measuring cup was with the Product sent nor was there a container to keep it safe and fresh. They tell me that 10lb tubs are no longer available being I ordered 20lb THEY THOUGHT, all was the same ONLY, it would not work for me. I know and understand that a person's first instinct is to make excuses as to why something happened how come it did, on and on only in this case a I am SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, is there anything we can do to fix this problem. ANYTHING would have been better than what was done or not done. UPS charged more than 5.00 to print out a return label. As of 7/20/23 no refund has been issued. I do not like to trash people for trying to do a job. This whole process should have been easy and it wasn't. It changed my whole outlook on getting a feed thru it is now history. Just to mention, the product was on the website still being sold the same as when I ordered ?????

I paid for 3 day delivery, and it took over twice that. The reason given was you were out of stock. Nowhere on the product page was this mentioned. I never received any info on this either. Further the rep who answered my email, said 3 day delivery from Fl to Wi wasn't possible, even though you accepted my money for it.

I never received my package now they telling me they can’t do nothing about it can I at least get my money back or send me another or something

This was my first time ordering from All Vet Supply and I was excited for my product to arrive. I placed the order on March 4, 2023 it was processed on March 10, 2023 and shipped on the 13th. When my package arrived on March 16th, it was completely the wrong order. Nothing that I ordered was delivered and since the items are used for my business, it is very inconvenient. I called the store and the customer service representative said that another customer had previously called and had received my order. The CSR emailed me a return label for me to send back the wrong items. Which meant, I had to make a special trip to UPS for the return instead of just saying for me to keep the items. My items have been reordered so, my hope is that I will receive it this week.

Never got order after almost a monthly. Contacted customer service 3 or more times. No assistance locating order but did finally get refunded

I placed the order on 2/9/2023 and it was not received until 2/22/23. With the shipping cost at $21 and the fact that this was supposed to be shipped priority, I was expecting the items much sooner. I expected the order at least by 2/14/23 realizing that the weekend would possibly delay order fulfiment and delivery. When I checked the status, the post office was still waiting to receive the items on 2/14/23. I was in a position with horses who needed supplements and though I had already purchased them through All Vet Supply, I needed to go find them somewhere locally so my horses didn't miss days and so that I didn't have to start the "loading dose" process again. I'm unhappy because with the cost of "priority shipping" it shouldn't have taken so long to receive the things I ordered. I am extremely disappointed. I would recommend looking elsewhere for supplements.
