Did not receive all products I order and there was no explanation regarding that. Called and they did send one of the products but was out of other. Would have been easier if they would have let me know they could fulfill my order. But was resolved for what they could deliver to me. Sent product they forgot. So all is well.

Difficult to get to the person who will actually take your order oh the phone. Paid for “Priority Delivery” but the order took a full eight days to get here. The price was of the product was good compared to other vendors.

I live in Canada ,All vet charged me $35 shipping to mail 2 small 50ml bottle, which $35 is fair... all vet sent it by UPS ( regular mail would have been cheaper) .. UPS charged me $115 shipping... I was not happy. UPS callled it brokerage fee. No duty charged on this item because it’s sold in Canada.

I only live in Daytona Beach which is not that far from Miami. The pills were packed in styrofoam lined cardboard box. I understand that the ice packs would not be frozen but when I received the pills the bottle was at the bottom of the box and maybe the bottle should have been between the ice packs. The bottle was hot, the ice packs were hot. I went ahead and just purchased another bottle from the vet because I think the pills were too warm for too long and my cat was getting sick again. Since it is a minimal difference from getting the bottles from my vet and I'm guaranteed the pills are delivered and kept refrigerated, I will go back to purchasing them from him.

The imagine the actual product works great as it was highly recommended by my mom who used to work with animals. However, I just received the product in the mail and most of it has oozed out into the package and all over the can.
