We are sorry to hear that you did not get the package in 2 days. Please remember that unfortunately, we cannot control the speed of the Postal service. Also, please keep in mind that the July 4th holiday and issues dealing with the Coronona virus probably came into play with delay. Unfortunately USPS does not guarantee First Class nor Priority mail. The posted transit times are only estimates. Only Express is guaranteed by USPS. Your previous orders were shipped free because the product had a free shipping promotion. Although there was no free shipping promo on this last order, you did receive 10% off the sales price which turned out to be much more than the shipping charges. In the future, if you want something delivered(guaranteed) in one or two days, please choose either Next Day or Second Day delivery by either Fedex or UPS. If unsure which one to choose, please call our customer service number and one of our reps would be happy to take your order and help you choose the best shipping service for your needs. We have looked into this further and the shipping option the representative gave you was the cheapest option available. The next cheapest option was UPS ground and the charge would have been $22.53. The freight charges are calculated by the weight, bulk and value of the product as well as the fact that we ship from Florida. You can go to our site and duplicate the order without submitting it so you can see what was just described. We do not add surcharges to the shipping. Our system takes the rates directly from the carriers sites. You are correct that that USPS did take longer than they should have but as mentioned, there was no cheaper shipping option available for your order. We do apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot control the freight carriers and unfortunately we are dependent on them to get the orders to you, our customers. Thank you.

We have checked your order and you did in fact order the Toxoid. Orders placed online are automated and we cannot change the item ordered on our end. Also, the Antitoxin is on our site but not available for sale due to a back order. You could not have ordered it since the system would not let you add it to cart. Both products are similar in name so we can understand the confusion. If you wish to return the product, please contact us.

We did review your order and determined that the order was processed on time but Fedex did not pick it up until the next day. This caused the entire delay because there was a weekend mixed in with the dates. Although it was Fedex that did not come to pickup, we should have noticed and made other arrangements to get those packages out on time. We do apologize for the delay and inconvenience. As you stated, you were already refunded the 2nd day shipping cost.

Thank you for reviewing us. You are correct, they are exactly the same in quality, strength and price. They are just a different brand. The Noremectin Brand is on back order so we sent the Aspen Brand. We only send replacement items that are exactly the same or better than the original item. If you wish to return the item, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you with that.

A 2 star rating is for service that is below average. If this is an error, we kindly request that you please change it to something more appropriate. From your review, we cannot tell if the packaging or what's inside was damaged. This order was shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. If any of the components are damaged, please contact us so we can have the manufacturer replace the damaged part and file a claim with the shipping company.

Your order was cancelled because we could not verify your identity. We always verify customers identity when there is a mismatch on the shipping and billing addresses. This is done to product us from credit card fraud. Since you did not want to provide the required information, we went ahead and cancelled your order and refunded you the complete purchase amount. As for the your comment on the language, we are located in South Florida so we have lots of customers that speak Spanish. That is probably what you heard. We do apologize for any inconvenience. In the future, we suggest that you ship your orders to the billing address of the credit card being used, that way there would be no need to verify your identity.
