Although not all vet supplies fault l did not receive my package as Australian customs destroyed the package due to missing paperwork UPS was not helpful at all full of lies their emails stated they contacted AVS they didn't,would be great if there was a caution when adding to cart instead of having to look in shipping conditions to see if paperwork is needed for overseas shipping l lost $160 AUD

We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. We always ship international orders with customs invoices as they are generated by the system when shipment is processed. You are correct that UPS never contacted us. If they would have, we would have sent them whatever document was needed.

I never got my order
I never got my order! Received notice your did not have my correct address. I responded to the email and replies with my correct address.

Your order did not contain the numeric part of the address so it could not be shipped. We sent you two emails requesting the information, one on Sept. 27 and another one on Oct 23. Although you state that you responded, we have never received any email from you. We checked all of our email files including spam/junk folders and do not see anything from you. Please, call our office at 877-425-5838 and provide the address information and we will be happy to ship the order out.

Terrible
Terrible ! They never deliver my products and when i went to question about them , they say that they need a proof of Id that they never ask me . And i went for 5 days in USA from Brazil , and I needed that suplement very much and can’t find here .

This customer was paying with an international card and shipping to a US address. We needed proof of identity and requested it several times via email. We never received a response so the order was cancelled and funds hold released. In order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud, we have to follow our security procedures.

Order never came
Never received our order...we were told it was coming soon. It has not arrived!!!!

Product was discontinued and replacement was ordered but was delayed. Customer was informed and decided to cancel. Funds were returned and order was cancelled.

The product you ordered is on back order. We what we had in stock and emailed the customer to see if they wanted to wait for the balance or get a refund. We never heard back. We will issue a refund for the balance.

The item that was ordered was unavailable. The customer was emailed about this within 24 hours of the order being placed. There was no response and the funds were never captured/processed. We will try and contact the customer again.

This is an international order requiring additional information. Customer was emailed and no response received. Payment was never processed. We will attempt once more to contact customer. After sending another email, it appears that the email entered is invalid. Customer will need to contact us to further assist them.
