I love this company. Online ordering is easy and shipping is super fast. When you’re ordering medication, shipping is crucial. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they have no way to replace damaged products.

Order was accurate. Not sure why no stores stock the First Companion antifungal-shampoo. It works great and horses love it! It took 3 weeks to find somewhere to recycle the styrofoam packing peanuts. Please use crushed paper or other compostable filler. Thanks!

I placed my order and it arrived, as ordered, in a reasonable amount of time. All Vet had exactly what I needed, and the cost was comparable to other online vendors.

The quality of the shampoo is excellent deserving of a 5 Star review. The only reason I did not give it is because I felt the $23 shipping charge to be excessive.

It's been a couple of times I pick up my package at the warehouse, but they never send me an email to confirm it's ready to pick up, I always have to ask after some days of waiting

Only one issue, I ordered from Canada and this my second time ordering from you guys, the first time everything went fine, but this time UPS is charging an additional $40 ( delivery fee) and if I don't pay their holding the package hostage.
