My account was drafted but I had to inquire 5 days later because my product had not shipped. I am giving them a second chance though.

I did not like having to send pictures of my I'd and credit card. I did not like that I didn't know I would be asked for my I'd and CC pic. No one else asks for this. I did not like how long it took for my order to be processed. I felt like I had to check in for my order to move on to the next step in the process. I did like the price, compared to other suppliers.

I ordered flea/tick spray. I could tell the bottle leaked in transit before I even opened package. About 1/3 of the bottle leaked out. Otherwise, very fast service.

Item was not received when first stated. No communication from Allvet as to why item had not arrived yet. I had to email them and then got the item within 2 days

good experience, glad to see you sell to just about anyone, not just vets!

I wanted to order the pill wrap but it is unavailable at this time. Hope you'll have it in the future.

I had to wait a extra week just to get my order so that's why they get a 3 star but far as the product itself it's worth it just don't know if I will order again cause of that wait period .
