Slow shipment
Although I cannot blame Allvet, the package is still showing as 'pending’ in Miami after 7 days of purchase. Am a returning customer and previous purchases were 5 star but would love to see if Allvet can do something to unblock the package at this point. Thank you

The issue appears to be with the logistic company it was shipped to. It seems that they received the product on time but held it for several days. It is now pending acceptance with USPS. This should clear today or tomorrow. Lately there are many delays with all the carriers due to lack of employees. If it does not clear in 2 days please call customer service.

The delivery of the item took 2 weeks. Very slow! I'm glad I didn't need it right away!

Thank you for taking the time to review us. Unfortunately, there are many supply chain delays these days. We are working with of our suppliers daily to get stock replenished as soon as possible. The extra 5 day delay for transit on your order has to do with the Postal Service which is also have issues delivering on time. Although we still get most of our orders out right away, factors beyond our control prohibit us from being able to get them all out right away. We do appreciate your patience.

Service…Not!
This is the second time i purchased from Allvet Supply. First experience was a good one, the second not so much! I ordered on their Website that states the order will be filled within 48 hours if not a weekend or holiday (which it wasn’t). I ordered on 9/27/21. I got notified by email on 10/7/21 that my order was shipped - 7 days after ordering!!! I paid $8.25 for shipping!!! It was sent USPS Priority which took an additional 5 days. I received my Rooster supplements late afternoon of 10/12/21! In this era of “fast delivery” & free shipping, I feel Allvet needs to step up their service if they want customers to continue buying from them. Next time I need supplements, I won’t be purchasing from Allvet!

You are correct that your order took longer than the 2 days to ship. Unfortunately, right now there are many issues with supply chains. That item was only partially in stock and it took longer than usual to get the product in. The 5 days of shipping time has to do with the postal service as we have no control over that. All carriers are taking longer than usual with deliveries. These are the times we are living in. We always try and ship as soon as possible while offering the best prices we can. We do apologize if you did not have a good experience.

My items were not shipped until 9 days…
My items were not shipped until 9 days after I ordered them. I didn't receive any email informing me that the item was out of stock or delayed. I finally received them two weeks after placing my order. In the meantime I had to purchase from a different seller. I'm hoping it was a fluke, but I'm very hesitant about trusting them again. I think I'll pay more and order from Chewy.

Fast shipment, ZERO customer service response regarding a problem-
Order shipped extremely fast, as stated. 2 star for customer service. I sent an email to CS stating my problem and never received a response, un-acceptable! Situation: Once item was received, I noticed that product had a flavor sticker on the lid. I rechecked the website and NO flavor profile was listed or shown leading me to believe it was a neutral flavor. That being said, my cat hates "Bacon" flavor and had that been disclosed on the product page, I would not have purchased. Flavors should always be disclosed on products, especially when the manufacturer places a huge sticker on lid stating flavor !

Order of Ivermectin Paste not received.
Order of Horse Dewormer (Ivermectin Paste) was shipped but not received by buyer. There may be an issue with customs or Canada Post. The product also appears available to Canadians via Amazon at a higher price.

there should be an offering for…
there should be an offering for overnight shipping for Parvo Paxid I got the meds when my pup was recovered, and I did the 2 day shipping. No use for it now. when people need this med, they NEED this medication/supplement.

We are not offering Overnight shipping because the freight carriers are no longer guaranteeing overnight delivery. Once they correct this we will once again offer Next Day Service. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

The item you ordered is on manufacturer Back order. You were emailed and advised of the situation and given the option to wait for the product or cancel/refund the order.
