The order in question was not shipped because we could not verify your identity. Both the address and phone number entered for the order, did not match what is on record for your credit card. We requested further verification via email but never received a response. The funds were never captured and the funds hold was released weeks ago. If you still want the order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

There was a system error which produced an incorrect address on the shipping label. The order was returned to us and we already shipped you the order again addressed to the correct address.

This was an international order that was rejected by customs. It was now returned to us and we will issue a credit for the product cost. Please remember that our policy states that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the ordered items are allowed into their respective countries.

order not delivered and not refunded
I've made my first order number ALLVET-79733, I've never been delivered (UPS). I made a second order for the same product ALLVET-80879, It was all good, I got my product and I'm happy with that. I've sent to you differt requests to refund me what I've paid for the first order but I'm still waiting. refund my money please

The international order was apparently disposed of due to the inability for UPS to reach you for delivery. The issue began because the customer forgot to add the apartment number on the order. Customer u corrected this UPS directly but apparently there was some other issue. Our policy states that we can only refund an order if the product is returned.

Purchased on December 2nd and now is January 7th. No shipping confirmation nor contact from supplier.

This is an international order. Apparently there was a customs issue and the product was not allowed into your country. It was just returned back to us and we are in the process of issuing a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays and rejections caused by your countries custom department.

You forgot to ship out order, and it didnt get shipped until I called and ask why it hadn't shipped yet. It got forgotten about in the warehouse.

Your order is an international order going to Israel. With the current situation in that region of the world, we are having an issue acquiring shipping with Fedex or UPS to your area. We are working to resolve the issue. We have replied to your emails and will be contact as soon as we find a resolution.
