I inadvertently clicked a wrong button when ordering which generated an almost $15 shipping charge. While they weren't able to change it immediately - and I didn't want to cancel the order and start again - they promised they would do it the next day. Mercy called the next day to say that the person who did this was out but that she'd have it credited as soon as he returned and she'd call to let me know it was handled. Two days later, Mercy called to say that she was taking care of it herself but needed my credit card info to do it. Done. Just like that. In an online age when just getting to speak to a representative is a struggle, Mercy came through with flying colors. I will continue to use Allvet for my pets.

I ordered a package of Denamarin Chew Tabs 225 mg for my daughter, Jack Russell dog because of her liver issue. She is 7 years old. I am glad that your order was arrived on time because her pills ran out on the same day. Otherwise, I would have to drive for 40 minutes and pick up her medicine at a Veterinary in CT. It is hard to find a good price so All Vet Supply sells its products for some good and reasonable prices. One problem, she really hates the taste. I broke four pieces of pill and insert each one in her throat every morning before one hour breakfast. Many dogs hate the flavor and large size pill from what I read online. Denamarin Chew Tabs still are on the market that has not improved for a better flavor. My dog's health looks good to me so far. Thank you.
