The service was very quick. The shipping was free but I ended up having to pay the post office 1.15 because the company did not pay enough but the post office still deliverer and didn't send it back so I am happy about that. They were cheaper than any other place I looked for the items I needed.

The person taking the order made sure we were on the same page regarding the shipment, the price and the timing. The box was delivered on time and cold as required. There was styrofoam lining the box and frozen packs, but they were half thawed upon arrival. The product was still cold enough; the other distributer I ordered from had a higher ship rate, but they use a foam cooler with ice packs. This stayed completely frozen so this is a better option I believe. Since it's winter, I feel I would order again from All Vet, but maybe not in a warmer month with temps needing to be controlled.

All was fine and as expected. The USPS tracking was a joke as they posted that the label for the package had been made...and then nothing else. It never posted any shipping progress at all. Again, this was the postal service problem, not All Vet Supply. Next time I'll chose other shipping options.

Website was easy to use, prices were better than other sites even with the shipping included. Received items in a timely manner. Expiration dates were all several years out - which is important when purchasing time sensitive items. I would hope that shipping rates could be lower in the future. High shipping rates impact consumer decisions.
