Very small amount of med and very pricey. Not effective. Still having issues.

Product seems okay, but hard to tell as each pill is in foil pop-out. Boxes were crushed flat as they were put in a bubble envelop. probably better to put the packages in a sturdy cardboard box.

Even though the Joint Formula we ordered was on back order & eventually discontinued AllVet did everything in their power to procure the item for us. Not their fault it was discontinued & AllVet did a very good job keeping us up to date regarding item status. When notified item would was discontinued our account was refunded immediately :0)

Why did a 2 day delivery take 3 days?

Package arrived timely but was wrapped in layers of bubble wraps and was very difficult to remove the protective wrapping. Also, I've ordered similar products from another company, which sends the package in a box lined with styrofoam and a coolant pack to keep the product from overheating during transport. This was not properly protected from heat. Otherwise, I would have rated it a five star.

No problems with ordering and shipment came in just a couple of days.
