The item you ordered is usually not in stock as we drop ship it from our supplier. You placed the order and chose to pick it up at our warehouse. Our policy states that for pick up orders, the customer will be notified once the order is ready. Our policy also states that we have up to 48 hours to ship the product. You came to pick up the order the day after it was placed without being contacted. We were going to have the items drop shipped to you but you did not want that because you were leaving out of the country. While we try and please all of our customers, sometimes, because of certain factors beyond our control we cannot accommodate everyone.

Tami, We are sorry to hear about your cat. We did receive the returned item and have processed the refund. Please be patient, there is a process in which all returns are handled and it takes a few days for everything to get done. We are a reputable company and would never promise something and not deliver. You should see your refund within 1-2 business days. While we value your feedback, next time something like this happens, please call our customer service number and one of reps will be more than happy to see if they can help you(in your case, try to expedite the refund). Negative reviews hurt our business and while you have every right to post what you wish, we did deliver the item you purchased on time. As mentioned before, processing returns takes a little time. We assure you that we value all of our customers and want them to have the best possible experience when shopping with us.

While we usually ship the orders the same day, unfortunately it is not always possible. In this case, the item was out of stock but had been ordered. The manufacturer was delayed in shipping our order by about a week. This in turn delayed all orders with this particular item.

This order was placed on Dec 14 and shipped Dec 15 via free standard shipping(USPS). We tracked the order and it is scheduled to be delivered today, Dec. 22. Unfortunately, we have no control of the US Postal service(although we wish we did!). Therefore cannot control the speed of the mail, specially with the standard mail. This time of year all shipping carriers are bit behind so some packages may take a bit longer than usual. Also, we are located in Florida and you are in Colorado so the distance also plays a part in the delivery time. In the future, if you need something by a particular date, please choose a shipping option that is a bit faster. If you are not sure, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you choose the best shipping option for your needs. As for your comment of "Can't Rate Something...", by giving us a 1, you did rate us with the worst possible rating. While we always value reviews, good or bad, we would have liked a chance to speak to you about your shipping concerns, before rated us. The rating email that you received is sent automatically and may sometimes get to you before the item does. We always strive to give our customers the best products, prices and service possible.

Your order was to be delivered on Nov. 28 via the USPS. It was not delivered because the delivery address was a business and was closed. It was scheduled to be delivered the following business day. The credit for the difference will be processed within 24 hours and should be back on your account by then.
