Unfortunately from time to time certain items go out of stock. Your order came in on a Thursday evening after we were closed. You were notified the very next day as to the situation. We had already ordered the item and it was to arrive within a couple of days. We asked you if you wanted to wait for the item and you said no. We promptly cancelled and refunded the order. While we do apologize for the inconvenience of not having the item, we did notify you right away and offered you a solution. We always try and help our customers when something is not perfect.

This product ships with ice packs in order to keep it cool for the required 2 day transit. Azodyl can be kept at room temperature for a short amount of time if the bottle has not been opened. If your item arrived slightly cool, it will be fine. Product does not have to be ice cold to remain viable. Your order was shipped right away and arrived within the the 2 day window.

Please contact our offices and we will get those replaced for you. We always try and package everything as best as possible but at times the post office is not careful with packages and things get damaged. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

We have read your review and have looked into the issue. Your order was shipped within 24 hours of being placed. After tracking the order, it appears that there is an issue with USPS. Please give it a few more days to see if it arrives. If not, we can either re-ship or issue you a full refund. We do apologize for the inconvenience but please remember that we cannot control what happens with the shipping companies. We can only try and correct any issues caused by them.

The product that was ordered was out of stock as this is an item that is coming in and out of backorder. All orders are automatically charged at the time of placement in order to speed up processing. The customer was notified right away that the product was not available and offered a replacement. He declined so the order was cancelled and was issued a full refund within 3 days. Cancelled orders are issued refunds within 7 business days. This one was done in 3. While we do apologize for not having the product in stock, we feel that under the circumstances we did everything we could to help this customer.

The issue with this order was that the customer placed a $394.00 order with a credit card billing address in Texas and was trying to ship it to an R.V. park in Arizona. Due to credit card fraud, it is our policy to verify the identity of people who place orders shipping to different addresses. In this case, we attempted to do just that and tried to contact the customer several times via email and over the phone. He did not return our phone calls or emails so the comment about "customer service folks shrugging their shoulders" is false. We were never able to communicate with him. Since we could not verify the identity of the customer due to not being able to communicate with him, we cancelled the order. He was never charged for the order. We always strive on quality customer service and if you read our customer reviews, you will see that most customers are very happy with our service. It is unfortunate that we could not satisfy your needs but as was mentioned, we were never able to communicate with you.

Although we do value all customer's responses, sometimes things that are posted are not completely accurate. The order in question was placed on Sunday Oct. 25 through our automated website. The order WAS placed for 2 gallons. The customer must have added 2 units to the cart by mistake. We are all human and can make errors. No biggie! We cannot modify orders once they are placed and charged, hence the reason why the customer saw the shipping confirmation with 2 gallons the day it shipped. We were contacted the next day and the customer was assured that we would only ship one gallon. We did just that and only shipped one gallon. As for the credit, it has already been scheduled for process and should appear back on the card in a day or two. Credits usually take 7-10 business days to process. We always strive to offer the best service possible to our customers. In this case we did exactly what the customer asked of us after she erroneously placed an order for 2 units instead of 1. We therefore respectfully feel that the negative review and 1 star rating are not warranted in this case.

We were surprised by your review since you have ordered many times from us before and have never had an issue. You are correct that we did take 3 days longer, than the allotted time, to ship your due to a product back order. However, you were notified of this via phone the day after the order was placed. We shipped the order out on Oct. 21 and it is out for delivery today, Oct. 26. Unfortunately the USPS took an extra day to deliver the product. While we always strive to give the best service possible, sometimes circumstances beyond our control prohibit us from doing so.
