We are not sure what problem you had with your order as your review does not specify. The tracking shows that the order was shipped and delivered on time. If there is an issue please call us at 877-425-5838, we would be happy to take care of any issue. Also, for the record, we are not a start up, we have been in business for over 18 years and have thousands of satisfied customers.

Your order shipped out on time and was apparently delivered in your mailbox on September 8, 2018 at 10:53 am. This information is available at USPS.com and your tracking number is 9405511899223110928496. You were also sent an automated email when the product shipped. It is possible that the email went to a Spam folder. If you did not receive the product please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. The post office may have delivered the product to the wrong address. In the future, you should contact us if you do not receive your order or have questions on the delivery time frame before leaving a bad review. Bad reviews hurt our business and should only be left when a company truly deserves it. In this case, we processed and shipped your order on time and tracking shows delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot control what the freight carriers do once they take possession of a package. If the package is determined to be lost, we can either re-ship the product or refund the purchase price.Communication between buyer and seller is always the best solution.

We are sorry to hear you had an issue with your order. We shipped your order via 2nday with insulation and ice packs as advertised. The ice packs are not supposed to arrive frozen. They are only used to keep the products cool in transport. The product itself can be be kept at room temperature for several days without it becoming damaged. As for not responding, we always try to answer customer emails ans phone calls. After looking through our received emails, we do not show any emails coming from your registered email. If you called and were not able to speak to someone please call us again at 877-425-5838 and one of our customer service reps can help you with a return. You can also email us at [email protected].

We are sorry to hear you had an issue with your order. Can you call (877-425-5838) or email us so we can see what item you were sent. If it is indeed incorrect, we an ship you the correct item right away. After doing some research and speaking with you, we determined that we did send you the correct item. The only issue was that the packaging was changed by the manufacturer but it was still the same product with the same name and ingredients. We asked if you wanted to return them and you said no. Given the fact that we did send the correct item, we request that you please consider changing your review. This is just a request, you do not have to change it if you do not want to. Your order shows being delivered on December 30 2017. It was left by the front door. We did ship it out the same day the order came in. It was delayed due to the holiday and one extra day at a UPS hub. Also, we ship from Florida and you are in California so transit it time is fairly long for ground shipping. Please note that we cannot control the shipping companies. The transit times for standard or ground shipping are estimates and unfortunately are not guaranteed. We do understand that you were expecting your order on a certain day and it was delayed. We do apologize for the inconvenience but again, we cannot control delays caused by the shipping carriers. If you did not get your order please let us know so we can help find it.

We do apologize for the order delay. Since our facilities are located in Miami and the area was affected by Hurricane Irma on Sept 10-11, merchandise coming in and orders shipping out were delayed for several days. We do hope you understand that these circumstances were beyond our control. We always try and make sure customers are content with our service and products. It would be greatly appreciated if you re-considered changing your review in lieu of the circumstances. Of course you do not have to.

Your order was cancelled because the billing address given did not match the actual billing address of the credit card being used. It is our policy that any order which has a mismatch on the credit card billing address has to be confirmed with the customer. Our team contacted you several times both via email and over the phone. Several voicemail messages were left. Please check your spam box as sometimes emails go there. Since we did not hear back from you, we cancelled the order and you were never charged. We do this in order to protect ourselves and our customers from credit card fraud. We are open Monday -Friday from 9am to 5pm est. and would have happily answered your question or concern and verified the credit card information if you would have called us earlier.
