I placed an order on dec
I placed an order on dec. 20, 2019 and we are now jan. 6, 2020 and I still have not received what I ordered.

Your order shipped out on time but apparently there was an issue with it somewhere along the way in one of UPS's hubs. The tracking states that there was a drop off which is strange as we dont Drop off packages, we have assigned daily pick ups. Obviously an error has occurred somewhere in the shipping chain. The good news is that it appears to be in your state already and should be delivered today or tomorrow. We do apologize for the delay but unfortunately, we cannot control the shipping carriers. If you need anything else, please contact us.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
Ordered Product on December 2nd. It is now December 15th and the order has been showing "in route to next facility" for 8 days. Cannot get them to send a new order. Cannot get a refund. I do not know if the have correct address on package. Post Office will not respond. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. Lady I've talked to at All Vet is unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Your order seems to have been misplaced by the Post Office. While we totally understand your frustration, we had to give it some time to see if it arrived since you requested standard First Class mail. That service can take up to 2 weeks. We have already filed a claim with the Post Office and have issued you complete refund. We always try and give our customers the best service but unfortunately we cannot control what happens with the shipping companies.

The reason your order has not been processed is because you are using an international credit that cannot be verified electronically. We sent you 2 emails(9/10/19 and 9/13/19), requesting information that would help us verify your identity. We never received a response. We also, checked all of our email folders and we have not received any email from you requesting status. Your order is scheduled to be cancelled within 3 days as that is our policy for orders that we cannot verify. Please call us at 877-425-5838 so we can get the information needed to process your order.

According to the USPS tracking information, your order was delivered on September 3rd. Please See below: Tracking Number: 9405511899223471143965 Your item was delivered to the garage or an alternate location at the address at 11:22 am on September 3, 2019 in WAVERLY, TN 37185. Please check with other family members to see if anyone else picked up the package. You would be surprised how many times customers claim that something didn't arrive only to find out it was sitting somewhere in the house because someone else brought it in and never mentioned it. If you still cannot locate the order, please call us at 877-425-5838 so we can file a claim with USPS and re-ship you the order.

We bought a nebulizer and it’s not…
We bought a nebulizer and it’s not working when you turn it on.. I won’t judge them on that. However their customer support is horrible as far as getting that fixed.

When we were contacted about the problem, we advised you that we would be sending you another unit at no expense to you. We have since emailed you a return label so that you can send the non working unit back to us and processed the new unit for shipping. You should receive it in a few days.

I received my product the end of June…
I received my product the end of June with an expiration date of 04/19.

We received your review and looked into your order. You are correct, we apparently did ship you expired merchandise. We will be sending you a new one with good dating shortly. In the future, if there is an issue, please contact us as soon as you receive order. That way we can take care of the issue for you right away. This was an oversight on our part and should have not happened. We never purposely ship short dated or expired merchandise. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

The order tracking information shows that your order shipped out on time and was delivered on June 10th. We have never been notified by you that there was any problem with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot control what the post office, Ups or Fedex do with the orders once they leave our warehouse. We can only try and help solve the problem. Customer service has already sent you an email to see if they can help you.
