It was easy to find the product I was looking for, easy to order and it came quickly

Pills are supposed to be kept cold. They came with ice packs in the box but the box was large so the ice packs were not near the pills. Ice packs were just slightly cool by the time it arrived. I think it would best shipped in a smaller box so that the ice packs stayed next to the bottle to keep it cool. It would also help to be shipped in better insulation. Everything else about ordering was great though.

I always do not give a 5 star the first time I use a new company. But, none the less, I did have a good shopping experience. I will consider strongly to use this company for the next time I need supplies for my dog. Product arrived in a timely fashion and my dog accepts the medication willingly. Also, the product was in stock and not back ordered nor 'not available' aspect. Also, pricing was comparable with other outlets, if not, lower in price.

All Vet had what I needed for a good price and got it to me in a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered azodyl and it was to be sent in cold pack as it is necessary to keep this medicine cold. It arrived on 3rd day after order and ice packs were all melted, I am concerned if meds are useless now.I called the company and the lady was polite and helpful, said med would be still useful but I am still concerned and question if I should order any more. My cat will need to be on this med for a lifetime.

Good products. My dog is getting better. His ear is looking good.
