The 2 day shipping took 4 days and the…
The 2 day shipping took 4 days and the contents were extremely warm. I paid higher shipping costs to ensure 2 day delivery. Previously the deliveries were prompt, not this time. I hope the medication is still effective.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We shipped your order out on time via Fedex 2nd day. Unfortunately, because of the corona Virus carriers are not always delivering on on time so your order took an extra day. Please note that shipping took 3 days and not 4 as stated. Shipping day does not count as one of the transit days. Order shipped on a Monday and via 2nd day, you should have received it Wednesday. It arrived one day late on Thursday. The product should be good as it was only 1 extra day. Unfortunately, we cannot control what the freight carriers do once the order is shipped. We can only try and resolve the problem when there is one. We will issue you a credit for part of the shipment since it did not arrive on time. We are also asking customers to help us by contacting the carriers, in this case Fedex and complain. While we do our share of complaining to them, the more customers complain, the faster the issues get resolved. The squeaky wheel gets the grease......

Your order has not been shipped because the billing address of the credit card being used, does not match the shipping address. We have emailed you several times to get clarification and have not heard back from you. For security reasons, we always verify when there is a mismatch on the addresses. Please call our toll free number so we can correct the issue and process your order.

I placed an order about two weeks ago…
I placed an order about two weeks ago and have still not received the merchandise. It was something I needed right away and I paid extra for faster shipping. I sent an email inquiring about my order and they sent me this survey. Not good.

Your order is scheduled to be delivered today, 6/3/20. This item was shipping directly from the manufacturer. With the Covid situation, lot's of companies are delayed with getting orders out. This is the case with your order. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Your order was flagged because the credit card was declined and because address entered was not the correct billing address for the credit card being used. We have emailed you about this previously without a response. Please contact your bank to correct the issue, then contact us so we can process your order.

We will redeliver on the next business day. We will place a trace on the order to see if we can find out where it is. In the future, please contact us if there is an issue with your order before posting a negative review. Negative reviews can hurt our business and in this case, it appears that there was an issue with your address. We will contact you when we have more information.

Your order has not been processed because you are using an international credit card for payment. International credit cards require extra verification. This information is available on our Shipping information page. You were sent several emails requesting additional information but we have not heard back from you. We sent you an email on 2/10 and we did not receive a response for several days. Once we received the required information, we processed your order.
