If I could only rate this review zero stars, this company is complete scammers. We paid them 205 in advance to pick up the car in Virginia and transport back to Chicago. On the day of pick up we reached out to them concerning pick up. We didn’t hear from them, which was troubling. My schedule pick up time was between 2/4pm. They asked me to give them two to three hours. Which I did, I asked them to track the driver, or provide eta.The guy on the phone told me they can’t find a driver to get the car. After all that waiting and calling back and forth.So finally I called back at 8pm and canceled the service. Due to me and my partner had to flight out form Virginia, we canceled our flight to drive son car back from college.They’re going asked you to pay in Venmo. We paid them in Venmo, I was told two days. Never got refund, after being promised a refund. Please beware of these Scammers!!!!!

I had a mixed experience with this transport company. Initially, communication was strong, and I was provided with a signed contract for $345, which gave me confidence moving forward. However, on the day of transport, I was informed the cost had increased to $699. While they did reduce it to $599, citing that I was a “friendly customer,” it was still frustrating to receive such a significant price change without prior notice. I understand that fuel costs can fluctuate, but transparency ahead of time would have made a big difference. The situation became more complicated when the original driver’s truck broke down and a second driver had to be dispatched. Thankfully, the replacement driver arrived on schedule and kept everything on track timing-wise. However, the dispatch team failed to communicate an updated price for this second driver. This wasn’t discovered until delivery, when the driver would not release the vehicle to my family without an additional $201. When I contacted the company, I spoke with the manager, Sam, who acknowledged that the lack of communication was their fault. Despite this, the company did not resolve the issue directly with the driver, and my family had to pay the additional amount to receive the vehicle. I was told a check would be mailed to reimburse the difference, but I am still waiting for that payment. On a positive note, the second driver, Fernando, was excellent. His communication throughout the process and updates along his route were very helpful. Unfortunately, both he and I were put in a difficult position due to the dispatch team’s error. In the end, I am grateful the truck arrived in time for my nephew’s 16th birthday, but the overall experience was stressful and could have been avoided with better communication and follow-through.

I spoke with James who gave me a great price on transporting a vehicle from Georgia to Idaho. He said they would be there the next day, then the next day, then the next day. Once the transport finally showed up, James advised me that they needed to change the price, which was almost double the contract price first agreed too. Due to the company breaking contract and charging double once they had my vehicle, I would not recommend them, unless you don’t mind getting charged double.

I had negative results with car transportation companies before, but this experience went very well. They communicated during the process and were very responsive.

I had an excellent experience with Sam. He was easy to work with and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for others to use.
