great experience with jack would love to work again

These people are scammers. They are rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Jack, one of their employees, was a despicable human being who yelled at me and hung up multiple times. They ignored my calls afterward and used the language barrier as an excuse to twist words and deny what they had clearly said. They lure you in with a low quote, have you sign a contract, and claim your deposit will go toward the total balance, but that’s a lie. They pocket the deposit themselves to “make their money” first, then suddenly tell you they can’t find anyone willing to do the job for the quoted rate and demand more money. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They scammed not only me but also the truck driver, who said he’d never work with them again. Don’t believe the fake positive reviews, check Yelp or other review sites to see the truth about this horrible company. Save yourself the stress and do not do business with them!

Great company with excellent customer service. Had the pleasure to work with Scott Robinson and I couldn't be more grateful, quick responses and always willing to help.

Jack managed to deliver the service under a very tight time frame. I'd be happy to work with him in the future.

Excellent company, the team are great, very helpful. The communication is really good. We recommend 100%

Thank you for you help!

This company is fishing for reviews. They ask you to review them before they can work with you. I spoke with Jasmine. I wouldn't trust any of the reviews on here

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Allstatecarship! Team is disciplined, well mannered, and always punctual. A special mention to Jennifer, she’s an outstanding representative who truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend their service!
