Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this caused you. Occasionally, certain products go out of stock or face shipping delays from the manufacturer, which can unfortunately extend delivery times beyond what’s expected. We’re reviewing this situation closely, thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right, we truly value your feedback.
