I like your pens but this is the first time I've ordered from your site and I can't say its been a great experience so far. I ordered on the 9th of August and 5 days passed before I finally emailed you asking about my order. I was told that it hadn't shipped because I hadn't added a shipping address. It showed a shipping address on my account, but I also want to know why your company would just let an order sit there, supposedly without an address, and not try to contact the customer to resolve the issue. Would you have just let my order sit there for another week?

Hi Haley, We apologize you haven’t had the best experience thus far. We understand your frustration and confusion! So that you have a better understanding as to what would have happened had you not emailed, we’d like to explain the process! Orders ship within 1-3 business days depending on order volume. Your order was placed on the 9th, our shipping team would have received the order on the 10th the earliest. The 15th is the 3rd business day from the 10th, the day that we were preparing your shipment! Had you not emailed in, we would have reached out regardless that same day. To let you know your address was incomplete for shipment. We are sorry you did not have a 5 star experience and would like the chance to make it better! Send us an email and we will send you a special discount code on your next order. Email: [email protected] We will get you taken care of!

Prompt delivery. I first became aware of the Lemon Cake Moonrocks from a High Times Hemp Cup judges box. These are tasty nugs that are great for nerve pain, anxiety and sound sleep. I highly endorse this product and will be ordering again.

Alliance has variety to choose from. I'm new to THC gummies and let me tell you! Pay attention to the dosage ;) What I ordered will last ME a while! ;)

Thank you for the great review! If you have not already, we highly suggest the full spectrum CBD gummies. They are very effective but not as strong 😊 Thanks again Christine!
