Hi Bonn, We apologize you were not happy with your shipping experience this last order. We unfortunately experienced postal delays, recently. Many packages were delayed in transit with UPS, and we cannot do anything once it has left the building. We understand how frustrating that is, we always do what we can to make it right! Usually within 1-3 business days up to 3-5 business days. The orders take several business days to travel through the mail, once shipped. Hi Robert, We understand your concern with the difference in information! The gummies you received are 50mg gummies. The 45mg labels are our old packaging as we just updated our packaging! So that you understand, the gummies per unit may vary ever so slightly in milligrams. Sometimes 2-3mg variance, which is standard. All gummies are tested in a homogenized batch. If the results and goal is are 50mg gummy, the lab may come back at 48mg (or right at 50) which is spot on! When we first launched we decided to label them at 45mg. However they are typically always closer to 50mg. So we updated the labels to 50mg. We can promise you, you are getting your intended milligrams and the same gummies regardless of the packaging. Your order was placed on the 9th, our shipping team would have received the order on the 10th the earliest.
