SUSPICOUS REVIEW Hi John, We would really appreciate if you could give us more details on how this experience came about since you are not a customer. We do hope that you have not fallen victim to the many fake Alliance products, that are advertised on Facebook and Amazon. As a small business, we take all reviews very seriously. We just want to know where this review is coming from since you have never ordered our products before. Unfortunately, we have fallen victim to a scam by a brand called Farm Alliance, customers of theirs are receiving fake products & our brands information is being used. Your review is very unusual and does not tie to our brand in any way shape or form. There is almost always prof of some sort of customer relationship in order to receive a review, good or bad. When all of this information is missing, it is usually suspicious. We care enough to respond, because we genuinely care about every customer's experience. We will always work diligently to be sure every customer is satisfied, as we truly believe in our products. We do also understand we cannot please everyone; we just ask for some sort of proof that backs this review as legitimate. You have never placed an order, requested a live chat, never sent an email or called us before. We would love to know why you have gone out of your way to leave a one-star review.

(UPDATED REPLY) Patricia, We are truly sorry you are unhappy. As well as we are a little stumped by your response. We looked at your history. You have been ordering the same two skus for 9 months now, regularly. One being full spectrum CBD gummies, the other our GRAMZ twisted spectrum gummies. Your most recent order were the CBD gummies, which are extremely mild compared to the GRAMZ twisted spectrum, that you also sometimes order. We only wish to resolve the issue for you and provide accurate information. We are very confident there are no issues with the products themselves. We would love to send you a free order of GRAMZ gummies, that you have ordered previously, as these have much stronger effects than the CBD gummies you recently ordered. There are no changes to the potency in the gummies you most recently received, they were also the same batch as the order prior. We are sad that they did not seem to work for you this time. Please keep in mind that people’s tolerances can build up and the effects may not be as strong. We highly recommend upping your dose! We do also have other products with even stronger effects that we may recommend. If your tolerance has grown too high for your current product preference. With that being said, We’ve recently switched our formula of gummies to be very heat resistant. So melting in the summer will not be an issue any longer. We will ship a new order to you ASAP! Hey Cynthia! We emailed you back just a few days ago. We were waiting on a response from you, to see if the package was going to end up delivering or not. Since it was in route. We don’t usually like to send additional boxes when the tracking shows it’s on the way. That will usually end up with multiple boxes delivered! However, in some cases when the package appears to be lost. We will always send out a new box. We are sorry for this miscommunication, we did mention to you that we were happy to send a new package if it never showed up. We can absolutely do that! Hey Mike! It’s painful to see this one start review. :( We looked at your recent order, we shipped the order within 3 business days. (Currently at a 3-5 business day turn around.) We are not sure where the 11 days is coming from? We have seen delays across the board with all postal services, the package is taking longer to arrive than usual. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do once the package leaves the facility. We do want to remind you that we recently moved our warehouse to another state! (Still cultivating our Hemp in Oregon). This may also be why you feel it’s taken longer to arrive. Please always reach out to us via email with any concerns. We will always do our best to keep our customers happy!

Hey Pierre, we are very confused to hear you received an empty box! We did not receive any emails in regards to any order related issues. So this is the first it’s been brought to our attention. Did the box appear to be tampered with? It would Be very difficult for an empty box to get labeled for shipping as it would be very obvious that the box was empty. We weigh each box before shipment as well. Nonetheless we want you to receive your products! We will get a new box in the mail ASAP. Please always reach out to us with any issues!
