I am waiting for six months to activate my drug/alcohol video. I cannot reach them for a long time and when I reach they just send me the same e-mail over and over again ignoring my problem. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible.

This company is a total scam. They do not answer the phones at all. They emailed me after 48 hours and they could not schedule my daughter's classes for 2 months!!! Its been over a month and still no reply from them after paying $850. I had the stop payment via my credit card company. This company is simply disgusting in their ethics. Hope to help others so they dont use this service.
