Have an appointment we show up on time no car and driver to do traning hours. They have us wait an hour then tell us to leave they will call us to reschedule. No call. when they call they do not seem to care that they have wasted our time and make no effort to try and get us back into schedule quickly. As asked for a discount for our time wasted which was at least 2 hours and they said a manager Gladys would call us back...still waiting 4 days later. Choose another vendor that values your time and business.

All Florida Safety Institute is a third-party provider that is a scam. The company does not provide the login credentials and does not send course completion to DMV. The company's website is just a payment portal which leads to multiple websites that is masked as a course provider partnering with local DMV(s). It does not provide the courses offerings. Buyer BEWARE - This company has several complaints filed with The Better Bureau. The customer service cannot assist as they will mention that their manager Brandy is in all day meetings and that their IT department can attempt to fix issues, however they are unsure they can resolve. In addition the CRS mentioned that the owner of the company does not authorize refunds even though their services provided are not as advertised. BEWARE

They took the $ 997.00 for the purchase of driving lessons back in April of 2022 for my son. All Florida Safety Driving school is a fraud. They will take your money and not deliver on services.

This company is a joke. I paid for eight hours of online classes, four hours of behind the wheel classes, and I paid for my drivers license exam which I passed. This was a year ago they still have not sent the information to the Florida Volusia County tax collectors office or the DMV. All I need is them to send the correct information so I can get a drivers license and maybe I should sue for all the lost income all this time…. This companies a joke, do anything but use them.

This was the worst experience ever! Paid them over $1000. This company NEVER answers the phone, NEVER returns messages or responds to emails. I had to do a charge back with my bank. BEWARE!

My niece enrolled December 11 2022 and paid for 8 hours driving lesson $535.00 and they told as that going to contact for the schedule after 2-3 days they didn't answer anymore never pick up the phone and never respond by email so they took the money and disappear i don't know but any body can give as any advice that have the same story

This company is a scam. They take your money online and you just lost your money. No service, no refunds. No phones answered, calls returned or people in the office. The phone line is "experiencing heavy call volumes" always. If you do get someone on the line, they make promises they dont keep. I've been trying to get a refund or driving classes scheduled for 8 months. Check the BBB, this company is a scam. I sent an email to the florida hwy department asking them to take them off their website.
