LIARS
If I could give then less than 1 I would. They say they delivered my item but will not tell me where or show me a picture. I never got my purse and now they ghosted me and I am out $200.00. FAKE TRASH COMPANY

It took 2 months but finally got bag…birthday bag
It took 2 months but finally got bag was post office fault keep reading wrong this is my second bag love both of them get many compliments will order again great customer service

This is the worst quality bag I have…
This is the worst quality bag I have ever purchased. It smells awful and is cheap plastic. It’s supposed to be a copy of a pink and white Neverfull tote. It is a dirty beige with orange accents. I can’t believe I wasted $200 in this. I wanted to try / take a chance that it would be a decent copy like you find in Italy but it is NOT. Do not buy from this company. I’m going to try to get my money back

Bag quality & customer service
I ordered a bag for an event, the Oder did not show as scheduled, Alley Accessories re did my order that showed up a month after I needed it, and it wasn't white like the website, it's more ecru, so I requested a label to return for full refund. Now Alley Accessories wants me to pay to ship it back for a refund. I requested compensation by a 40% due to inconvenience and deception. I have not received a response. Kimela
