The best allergy medicine on the market hands down! I suffered with seasonal allergies for decades! Poor sleep because I couldn’t breath through my nose. This is life changing and thats not hyperbole!

order # 365450 I was reluctant to add anymore comments to my review but i thought this needs to be said and i'm sure allermi already knows how some of there customers perceive them but one dissatisfied customer is one to many, that's how most companies operate all customers are ""VALUABLE"" i know nothing about running a business but i do know you have to have customers and "loyal" customers are even better what is going on at allermi my perception is they have no concern or care about there customers maybe allermi is going out of business i dont know , there are alot of redflags no live customer support you have to send multiple emails to get any response about customer concerns if you just one response from allermi you got lucky that's not the way to treat customers and potentially loyal customers people work ""extremely"" hard for there hard "EARNED" money and it's good to know that companies know that and show it by good customer service and that's all most customers wont to be shown "respect" again i know nothing about running a business but i know customers want to be respected...

Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out. Your formula has been created and sent to the pharmacy to be custom-made. Because Allermi is a customized compounded medication made specifically for you, it can take a little more time to prepare than a standard, off-the-shelf product. We are now waiting to hear from the pharmacy with your tracking number and will reach out as soon as we receive it from them. We truly appreciate your patience while your medication is being carefully prepared, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way! Warmly, Carly Allermi Patient Support

After years of chronic sinus infections and never ending post nasal drip due to allergies, I am finally living a fairly normal life. They recommend two doses a day but that is too much for me. If I do that, I experience side effects. I do one dose at night and am better than I've been in years. It is easy to make changes to your order online. I am happy and will continue ordering .

There’s really not more to tell. I paid for it and haven’t received it. I would like to get it or get my money back. I am on social security and can not afford to lose money. I am leaving what I first wrote on here so there’s no confusion. I ordered a good while ago, yesterday I got an email asking how it was working for me. I sent a text letting them know I didn’t get it. The page I checked when I was ordering it said it was legit, but I see a lot on this one that it is not.

Terrible company that won’t honor its own coupons. Exceptionally poor customer service. I placed an order for 3 allergy kits using a coupon. A week later I received only 1 kit. When I asked why, they told me it was because the coupon was for only 1 kit and too bad so sad. So even though I paid for and checked out with 3 kits in my cart the company decided I was only going to get 1. Terrible experience.

Hi Phillip, we appreciate you sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed, though we’d like to clarify a few important points: Our promotional codes are clearly valid for one discounted kit per order, and this is outlined in the offer details. In this case, the system correctly applied the free discount to one item, which is what was fulfilled. We would be more than happy to process additional orders at the full price, but we cannot process 3 free orders without significant losses to our business. We sincerely apologize if this was unclear in the checkout process and will evaluate the interface to ensure this does not misguide anyone else. We also want to note that we took a look into your order history and found that none of your previous orders with Allermi have been paid at full price, as all of your purchases have been made using promotional discounts which we have honored. In light of this, the negative public review from you is disheartening, especially given that we’ve made every effort to support and communicate transparently. We always welcome honest feedback, but we also believe in fairness, both for our customers and our business. If you have any additional concerns, we’re happy to address them directly. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

I ordered my Allermi on May 9th and still havent gotten it (today is 5/21). I've reached out to customer service several times letting them know that the tracking number shows that they are still waiting on the package and that only a label has been created. I kept getting the same canned response that not to worry and then they blamed USPS. I asked for a refund and they said they can't do that once its shipped BUT IT NEVER HAS! I usually have amazing results with Instagram ads and ordering things. This was a huge disappointment. Stay clear and find an allergist near you.

Hi Jenny, we’re very sorry for the experience you had and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After looking into your order, we found that your initial shipment was returned to sender by USPS, which is why tracking showed only a label being created for so long. Oftentimes, USPS will show the label created status until the day of delivery. To resolve this, we compounded a new nasal spray for you and processed a free replacement order, which was delivered today. You can track it by logging into my.allermi.com. We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, especially when you’re expecting timely relief. Unfortunately, delivery failures by USPS are out of our hands but we always aim to do right by our customers by sending out a free replacement. We’re committed to improving this experience and are here to help should you have any further concerns!

Frustrated with ongoing year-around allergies and no substantial help from my allergist, I tried Allermi. It worked. Pretty darned well. I was amazed and happy. Used it for 5 months. Took the combination prescription to my allergist to have him explain why it was working so well - and he quickly found out why. It uses the main ingredient in AFRIN to clear my sinuses. You know - Afrin - the stuff that you can't use long term, and is addictive to your sinuses and causes damage to your sinus passage. Unbelievable. Totally a FRAUD and medically dangerous.

Thank you for your feedback, Neal. We are so pleased to hear of your relief on Allermi, but sorry you were given this misinformation by your doctor. Unfortunately, some doctors are unaware of the science behind Allermi and why it is safe to use daily, despite containing oxymetaozoline, without being addictive or unsafe. As you are aware, oxymetazoline is a decongestant medication that is sold as Afrin or Sinex over-the-counter. The over-the-counter version of this medication is extremely strong and can cause rebound congestion (i.e., addiction) if used for a long period of time. It is recommended not to use the over-the-counter version for longer than 3 days. Allermi contains oxymetazoline - however it is a micro-dose of oxymetazoline that is a tiny fraction the dosage of what is sold over-the-counter. In addition, we always combine that micro-dose of oxymetazoline with anti-inflammatory corticosteroid in the same formula. There is significant scientific research (as well as our own clinical experience of 30 years) that conclusively proves that when oxymetazoline is combined with anti-inflammatory corticosteroid in the same formula, it does not cause rebound congestion. If you or your doctor would like to review the scientific studies supporting this, they may do so here: https://www.allermi.com/pages/scientific-index I hope this helps assuage your concerns. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any further questions and we would be happy to address them!
