Every time I talk to somebody, it’s a different doctor or whoever. I get different prescriptions, not really sure anybody reviews the past ones. I’ve tried every combination they have, still getting rebound. They always charge me, say they can’t give me one for free when they don’t work because they go broke. I told them I go broke buying versions that don’t work. Guess it’s like everything else. It’s a gamble. Good luck to everyone. Hope it works out better than me

Product seems to have some positive affect, apparition have a deviated septum and some enlarged bowman glands?not sure of the exact name of these glands, can the product be adjusted?
Response from AllermiJul 13, 2026
Hi Jeff,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad to hear you've noticed some positive effects. Our nasal spray cannot correct structural issues such as a deviated septum or enlarged turbinates (which may be what you're referring to). However, many customers find it helps support nasal comfort and breathing. If you have questions about how to get the most out of the product, we'd be happy to help. Please email us at [email protected]. Thank you!

Never enough product in bottle to last a month
There is never enough product to last until I get the next refill. The spray nozzle is garbage, only fix is to put more product in the bottle. My allergy drop company Curex is starting to make a similar spray, and I will switch to them if adjustments aren't made to Allermi.

Hi Gary,
Thank you for your honest feedback—we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We understand how frustrating it is to feel like you’re running out of product before your next refill, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This issue has been addressed, and you should not run out of doses before the end of the month.
If you’re still experiencing issues with the spray nozzle or dosing, please reach out to us directly—we’d be happy to help and make sure everything is working as expected for you.
We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

Few times delivery for the month has…
Few times delivery for the month has been late and I run out. Very frustrating
Also my cost seems to have increased from $35 to $50 a month. I don’t recall being notified but I may have missed it. $50 a month is too much. I may have to cancel because that may not be sustainable.

Hi Chuck,
Thank you for your feedback—we’re sorry to hear about the delivery delays and the inconvenience of running out. That’s not the experience we want for you. We are currently investigating these delays to better understand and resolve the issue.
Regarding pricing, this was our first price increase since launch, and notifications were sent, though we understand they may have been missed.
We appreciate you sharing this and are here if you need any help with your account.

Spray works as advertised for me
Spray works as advertised for me. Very happy with it. Rarely need Sinex anymore.
Downside though is just raised price 20%. Hate that! I can easily use just at bedtime and that is all I need so I spaced my deliveries out to bi-monthly. Way more expensive now than Sinex.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re so glad to hear the spray is working well for you and that you’ve been able to reduce your use of other products!
Thanks again for your support—we’re always here if you need anything!

Product works
Product works, but appears to lose potency towards the end of the bottle. The company does not seem to understand or value the idea that people need to be able to rely on getting their medication on time. More than not, my refills have arrived late. Will be talking to my allergists about alternatives at my next appointment. Unfortunately Allermi misses the mark with the logistics of running the company, but does spend a lot on their marketing and ad campaigns.

Product works well, Business model does not.
Product works well, however it has a fairly short expiration date. I bring this up because Allermi ships using the slowest possible speed USPS offers and it takes over a week for the product to arrive. By the time it arrives, I have about 3 weeks until the “best by” date and even with automatic shipments, there are several days I ended up going without product due to the slow shipping speed. Last month, I asked that my shipment be cancelled (two days prior to it being shipped) and was told that pharmacy regulations prohibit this. This is simply not true and if it’s THEIR policy that’s fine, but say that. I am a pharmacist, and I’m fully aware that a pharmacy cannot take back medication that has been dispensed and sold/shipped to a customer, but again, I was requesting cancellation on 11/30. My order was not processed and shipped until 12/3 and as of today, still has not arrived. That’s 10 days from the time I was charged for the order itself.
Nasal sprays are fairly cheap to buy in store and this service is mostly one of convenience(less bottles, shipped to home), but nothing about the process is convenient. I’ve gone back to using two separate sprays and I don’t have to wait 10 days for them to arrive.

Hi Shayla, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback — we truly appreciate it, and are sorry that you are frustrated with our business model.
After looking further into your account, we found that your email requesting cancellation came in after your order had already processed. We are unable to cancel orders once they've processed, as per our Cancellation Policy. We also wanted to kindly remind you that a renewal notice was sent 48 hours before your order processed, which is meant to give a heads-up so any changes can be made before the renewal goes through.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the USPS delay — we know how frustrating that can be, especially when timing is important. Your feedback about shipping speed and expiration windows is extremely valuable, and I’ve passed it along to the appropriate team so we can continue improving.
If there is anything we can do to further support you, please do not hesitate to reach out at [email protected].
Warmly,
Carly
