Update: I got a response from the customer service and they said they don’t have the item in stock and it will be delivered with delay. The agent was responsive and supportive. I ordered a device online seven days ago and I received a confirmation email, but I haven’t received my order yet and there is no phone number under “Contact Us” in their WebSite or even in the confirmation email to be able to follow up and see why I haven’t received my order. As of now, I’m not sure if, it is a real online shop or not.

Got what I ordered

Kudos to All Data Source. After they read the following review, they contacted me and, I'm happy to report, resoved the problem by shipping two more of the items had tried to put on my original order. I Ordered a quantity of three on the item I was purchasing. During the checkout process, it reverted back to a quantity of one. Changed it to a quantity three again. After checkout, receipt showed only a quantity of one was ordered and I was charged the full shipping and handling fee. If I only wanted one, I could have ordered it with free shipping from Amazon for less than I paid AllDataResources.

Pleasant shopping experience, easy ordering. A little slow (2 full days) before my item was shipped.
