Item was easy to find on the website and pricing was better then other sites I checked. Only issue I had was that it took almost a week for the item to ship. I would typically assume items would leave the warehouse much faster then that.

Easy to order online. Shipping cost was expensive and didn’t communicate how long shipping would take in the order process.

Shipping was quick but product was the wrong size. Not their fault but it is not worth the shipping cost to return it.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive. Received product but it was a different brand. I inquired and was informed that the Northern battery was replaced by a new brand (company was bought out) and that the battery I purchased was the same. Hooked the battery up to my alarm system and all works well.

The company's website offered the information I needed to find the correct product.

Great experience and great customer service only reason for 4/5 stars is because they couldn't send me the correct fiber polishing puck I originally ordered, but I got a refund.

Order shipped promptly

Pricing was great compared to other vendors. The website was very easy to navigate and the checkout process was quick and easy. Communication around order processing time/delay after placing my order could have been better.
