Ordered mounts for an upcoming projects with indication from the website that it was in stock and would ship within 7 days at latest. Had to reach out after almost two weeks because I received no info or tracking number. Was informed that I’d get a tracking number when it shipped “probably next week”. Asked again the following week and was told via email “I’ll check and update”. No response so far. The company has no direct cust svc number, and now our work project is just on hold pending this delivery which so far, after 15 days has not even shipped.

Ordered (2) Hirschmann 932627106 plugs from this company in late July (it's now mid-September)- our company had not received the parts nor heard anything back prior to leaving this negative review despite several voicemails left with their customer service department. After leaving this review the company reached out stating they had an incorrect email address for our purchasing department and were unable to contact us, but made no mention of why we received no response to voicemails left with their customer service department, or why we weren't contacted via the phone number provided with our initial order in July. At this point we have ordered the parts from another vendor and are cancelling our order with ADR.

Placed an order for an "in stock" item and received a quick order conformation. I needed the product quickly and paid more for it since it was "in stock". Then 7 days later receive and an email saying my order was canceled and they will be returning my money. Will not be buying here again.

Before I put an order for the product I checked its availability. I was told that it's in stock and could be shipped within 1-3 business days. 5 days passed without any update and I checked on the status of my order. I was told that the product is not available. Lost valuable time

I ordered a socket for $8 was not told at all that I was being charged $12 for shipping!! This amount was a surprise shipping fee. After reading the return policy, I’m now seeing that it says all returns will not be credited the shipping back! How can they charge extra and then not say anything. Then it’s not refunded?????? Stay away!!!

It's a scam website you can't ever get a hold of anybody because there's nobody there they don't return any phone calls they took $650 for me go ahead try to call him
