Great Customer Service
We ordered the hammered copper fire pit table for our patio and wanted it for Thanksgiving. We called the Thursday before the holiday to see if there was any way that it could be shipped in time. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful, checked that it was in stock and called the warehouse manager to make sure that it could be shipped out the next day. I did not receive the tracking information by email on Friday as I expected and called back and was immediately assured that it was shipped and given the tracking information. Again, they were very friendly and helpful. It was shipped out Friday and delivered on Monday. The table is absolutely perfect and we are very happy with the experience with All Backyard Fun. I have already recommended them to a neighbor who is looking for a similar table.
