Worst Service Experience Ever!
First off this company sells equipment and attachements that do not work together. You can buy a large fire ring and they will sell you the ring and an kit together. Though the kit will not work with the ring. The kit includes a valve that will only connect to a 5 gallon tank. That 5 gallon tank can in no way possibly supply enough propane for the ring. They did not mention this when I called and asked for recommendations. Why tell me I can use a kit that I can not use? Next, I returned the fire ring to the address they provided and they stated they never got the fire ring. Where is it? USPS verified it was delivered and signed for at the address they gave me. No refund. This ring cost me almost $300! They have not tried to work with me and I am very upset of the poor service!!

Hi Benjamin. We were bummed to read your review. This does not sound anything like the way we like to do business so hopefully we can make this right with you. I noticed we no longer sell kits on our larger fire rings for this reason. It was a site error on our part. We are so sorry for the confusion on this. As for no refund, it sounds like you have tracking so if you can provide this to us we would be happy to track down the shipment, so we can refund you asap. Unfortunately sometimes shipments can get signed for by nearby businesses or office suites so tracking would help us. Please know we take pride in our customer service. If you are not happy, we would pick up everything and refund you. No problem. Again, I am so sorry the parts did not work for your application. We want to make sure you are happy.
