My-CO : the USB port does NOT pass through data only the power.

Pricing was good. Called countless times no one answered. Finally got someone to chat one day. Many question were never answered.

This company communicates poorly. I tried calling them during business hours to find out the status of an overdue "overnight" shipment that was several days late, but I encountered voice mail. I left several messages, but I didn't get a call back. I can't consider ordering from them again.

Liked the low price and that the item arrived well packaged and as described. Did not like the lack of communication and delay in shipping. Customer service needs an upgrade.

The wed site claims that all orders over $250 are shipped the same day but my order of over $2000 took almost a week before shipping.

I ordered an ELT and the next day tried to call and speak to an agent of the company to ask a question. I left several phone messages but never got a call back. Then I tried the chat system out of ten days trying I chatted with one person who told me my item had shipped a couple of days earlier and they would go to the wear house and get me my tracking number. Never heard back from that individual. Tried day after day to get the chat going to no avail. Hoped that the Christmas holidays was the reason. Then out of the blue I get an email that my package had shipped and arrived a couple of days later. I just hope that it works properly because I am not sure if I can get them on the line to help

I really needed overnight shipping to move a plane with a broken SkyBeacon. They accidentally shipped it 2 day.

Great prices and easy to order through website. Slow to ship out and slow shipping confirmation but product did arrive as ordered. Live chat doesn’t seem to work, phone number just goes to voicemail, I did finally get an email response regarding the delayed shipping. Would had given a higher rating but slow customer services had me worried I might had been scammed. In the end, everything worked out good.
