It is January 18, 2026. I made an order on Oct 29, 2025 and still have not received my order. I began to contact them about a week after I made the order. On Nov 10, I received their first response. It was an email from Martin P. in customer service who said that my order was back ordered. He said the manufacturer had confirmed that they could expect delivery on Thursday of that week (Nov 12). Since that time, I have made numerous attempts by phone and email to contact them, but it appears I have been ghosted. My order still shows pending on their website, but I can not get anyone to return my request for an order update. I am giving two stars because I found their prices to be very competitive, but that does me no good if I can’t get what I ordered. The fact that their order is still pending also discourages me from ordering elsewhere (regardless of the price at this point), because I don’t want to order somewhere else just to then also receive this one, especially when I can not get status updates.

I tried contacting through the website chatbot emal , telephone and no one ever picked up or replied back , by chance I was able to place the order later and it processed , but im not happy with a company that does not assist the customer

I ordered the AV-30-C, OAT (outside air temperature probe) and 2 amp circuit breaker package in February 2025 and never received the OAT or 2 amp circuit breaker package. I called several times and sent several messages over their website. I did get a call and they said that shipping made an error on the order and they would get it to me. Here it is June with no OAT or circuit breaker package. Since then call they have been unresponsive.

Good intentions but lousy CS & Non-Delivery one month later. Very small company--great prices but being small their customer service is terrible. The website phone # gives you only voicemail. They shipped 2/4 items one week later (NO "same day shipping") and indicated all items were shipped (blamed on their 'system'). After a somewhat threatening voicemail (they do listen to that, just don't respond unless triage is required) they called me and soothed my fears of being scammed. But, 2 weeks later, nothing but a second GPS antenna (??) that I already got. $6280 was yet to be delivered. After more texts, emails and voicemails I said I'm calling my credit card company. So the triage continued and I was texted right back, but too late, CC company already refunded my money for "non-delivery". That was one month after my order. To their credit "Steve" appeared sincerely apologetic in how my order was handled as he immediately texted me. But you have to SCREAM to be heard to get any response. The whole thing made me nervous. After all they had $1000's of my money from the start. So, next time I order from a new-to-me company I will call CS first to see if they even answer their phones. This company needs to hire some teenage kids to at least answer the phone! Sometimes email worked, sometimes it didn't. I think they are legit just have a dysfunctional business process. I hope they learn from this as their prices are much better than A.S. Glad it's over. Yet I still need the avionics…..OH, and 2 weeks later they still haven’t sent me a return authorization for the 2nd GPS antenna I never wanted. So, I’ll keep it until they get their act together. Can’t order from them again, unless you’re really pinching pennies and need to take that risk. Bad experience.

I ordered an item that was in stock and supposed to ship the next day. It didn't ship for 10 days and I received no response from customer service when I tried to inquire about the delay.

Order was placed and it was in pending for 2 days. The credit card was run. It's been about a week and I still haven't received the item. I guess it is out for delivery now, but this is not acceptable.

AV30-C package was ordered on 9-5. Never got shipped until 9-13 and arrived 9-17. Unfortunately there were 3 items in this package and only one was shipped. There has been no response from Allavionics as to the status of balance of this order. I have emailed, texted, & called several times each. Their price might be better but there service has become very subpar. Roger

Received the 2 AV-30s but nothing else in installation package. They responded quickly delivering OAT probe that was missing, but after 4 calls/chats/emails, over 3 months since order and multiple promises the circuit breakers would be sent, still nothing. I’m hoping the avionics actually work once installed since their customer service is terrible.
