Good price on encoder and shipped quickly, but I didn’t receive microfiber cloths in same order and there has been no reply to multiple emails. I assume it’s not intentional, but they dropped the ball.

The AV30 was shipped with only the original packaging as protection which was partially damaged on the exterior. The AV30 appears undamaged, but won’t know until installer can get to it for installation. The Magnetometer was separately packaged and had extra packing for better protection.

The fact that there was knowone to talk to about my purchase. I would like to know which version I am buying and what updates are already in the unit before purchasing. A phone contact is important. The shipping was great and I'm pleased with the speed it was delivered. Thank you. Jim Newman.

The purchase process and shipping was smooth, device was in new condition - issue was that both times the product was ordered it did not have latest firmware, even though it was described as having the latest 2.1.4 version. This adds extra work on my end to ugrade the device

I e-mailed a question about (STC) for my purchase and never got an answer.

Purchased an EO4.0 ELT battery. Customer service was great, very fast responses. Ordered 11/30/21 and received this evening, 12/7/2021. The battery DOM is 10/11/21, pretty close to the normal +30 day age when ordering an ELT battery. The important thing, AllAvionics was able to have the battery shipped immediately where other vendors were a month or more out. Thanks AllAvionics for a great experience!
