Good communication and updates

The two ladies I talked to were very helpful and was able to answer my questions. With this being my first cruise there is some additional information that could of been helpful I did not think to ask. They will book flights but was told they get no discount so I went a head and booked our flights. Not having any experience with cruises I booked a later flight. It maybe helpful to let customers know that is not necessary so they don’t have to spend all day in the airport. We didn’t get home til 2 am.

Trip went smoothly, except for the failure to link flight records between AA & British Air, which required a bag-drag in Houston both ways. Uniworld has to charter their boats in Russia from a Russian company, so the quality of the boat was far inferior to the Uniworld-owned boat we had experienced in France. Service was great & the itinerary went without hitch.
