I don't like that my media is continuously used and applied to their new posts, even if the photos have nothing to do with their posts. For example, I posted a hike and the following week, I got a post that was titled Queen Charlotte hike but had photos from my Tahiti post. This happens quite a bit. They also redo the same posts. Most of the time I end up making my own instead of using their daily suggested post.

There yes no customer service and the chat can only help you with videos. Now that I have paid for an entire year up front, it isn't working. I keep getting an oops screen and there was an issue. But that's only when I go directly to edit the post from my text I receive. I can't click on plan, because the screen goes white and does absolutely nothing. Take my money and then this? Really? It was so good, too Now it's asking for a date.... every day!

My experience has been wonderful everybody is ravening about the videos I am so excited I get excited everyday when I get a email from you guys telling me that hey it's ready..

I was never even able to log in! A verification code was never sent! I checked the phone number and inbox 5 times just to make sure I want missing anything. At least I can get in to Chat GPT when I need to

I have 2 campaigns going, one for Jesus Reigns Celebration and one for my band Missionary X, and it doesn't keep them separated even with clear instructions, so I have to proofread it very closely so they are not blended

Does NOT perform well at all. Limited functionality. It can’t do 1/2 of what Chat GPT can do, but I’m also not a fan of Chat GPT as it’s constantly making mistakes. I will ask for Alkai to make a video for me and it distorts all of the photos in the video. I will ask to to make a flyer for me and it tells me it made one, yet I don’t have one…

I get post drafts in Spanish and I've explicitly asked for English only.

Sooo great. Love this
