Poor customer service/communication
I have been trying to reach you guys about my app not working properly for a week. I can't get any response from anyone.. I'm at a loss and will be canceling if noone contacts me by end of day. So frustrating

useless
Honestly, for asking something that resonate with a thriller book, I get something that would be more suitable for a five year old girl birthday. It never gets what I need, regardless how many times I have to correct the idea I have in mind. After ten trials I give up.

They are totally worthless
They are a total worthless conns I I aid for a full year after the 2nd day I was cut off no way to log in just endless emails lost with no action just a bunch of dumb questions they don't value customers urgencies do not deal with them NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE

All went to hell cause of a glitch in the update?
There was a glitch with my phone and the App logged me out. Unable to log in for weeks! Completely Unable to fix the little errors like it kept crossing my TT accounts so I was unable to post for weeks. Don't do multiple accounts, the system can't separate them. Things just kept getting worse, Messages and emails went auro post and generic with every answer. No phone number to call, filed a dispute with my bank. Then they just kept charging my card. Now they will be upset at this review so just a warning, stay on top of posts cause they won't.

Hi S P, I'm sorry that you've been having issues with Alkai that we haven't been able to resolve. We replied to your Aug 15th support ticket but haven't heard back from you. Your fitness TikTok account is giving us errors and this is why when you try to connect it TikTok connects you to your second account. Unfortunately, this is something you'll need to resolve with TikTok before they'll allow us to connect to this account. Regardless, we would like to try to make things right.
