Every day when I try to edit text and apply then save , the same does not work On contacting customer service I was sent an email on how to do it Remember my question was not how to do it I already did know how to edit texts I needed help with the functionality of edit and save not working at all

Hi Esther, Thanks for the feedback - I know it's frustrating when things don't work as expected. The reply that you got with instructions was from the initial AI response before the ticket is read by a human CS agent. I did subsequently follow up with you and sent a response through both the website chat as well as email. I'll reach out again and hoping we can work together to get this resolved for you.
