Recliner was quickly delivered
Recliner was quickly delivered. FedEx, which will usually put a huge, heavy box like this directly inside the door - so the box can be slid around to its destination - this time left it outside for some reason. It's very heavy, very cumbersome to move, until it's on a surface to slide. Once we got it inside, assembly was not difficult, and my wife loves the chair that she luxuriates in for hours at a time. That was the intention, and we'd buy from Aliving Home again with confidence.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear the recliner arrived quickly, though we’re sorry to learn that FedEx left the box outside this time. We understand how challenging it can be to move such a large and heavy package, and we truly appreciate you getting it safely inside. On a positive note, we’re very happy to hear that assembly was easy and, most importantly, that your wife is enjoying the chair and relaxing in it just as intended. That’s exactly what we hope for with every purchase. Thank you for your trust and confidence in Aliving Home. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again in the future!
