Ordered a bracelet and received within days in June. The bracelet, photo, and engraving were absolutely stunning! Unfortunately the chain broke within a couple of months, but Alivia and Danny saved the day with a free replacement that we received within days of reporting the issue. I cannot say enough great things about the beautiful products and the amazing customer service! This bracelet will truly be treasured for years to come!
